Not too small nor too large, this compact microphone has an adjustable clip on the back to clip to your lapel etc.

A 3.5mm socket at the base of the mic allows you to plug a separate earpiece into it.

Being WA‐CB continuously connected to a CB radio, it does not need to be charged because it is constantly powered.
