World famous antennas from the USA.

These antennas are often claimed to be the best in the world - and who are we to argue?

As important as their excellent performance is the quality of the construction, which is second to none.  You really do get what you pay for.

Unfortunately due to poor exchange rates and the cost of shipping, Wilson antennas are now VERY expensive, and to be honest we find Sirio antennas offer much better value for money.

Wilson "Little Wil" Mag Mount

The "baby" of the Wilson range.

This complete mag mount is manufactured to the same high quality as their other antennas, but because of it's reduced size it will not match them for performance.

A neat complete mag mount antenna.

One of the best antennas in the world!

A very high quality antenna, supplied complete with a choice of mount and coax.

Made in the USA from high quality materials, they claim it outperforms the K40 by 38% !!

There are other antennas that will outperform it, but in terms of quality and prestige it is certainly second to none.

Note:  this is the BODY mount version, you need to drill a hole somewhere to mount it.  The picture shows the mag mount version for illustration purposes.

A higher power version of the Wilson 1000.

This is the BODY MOUNT version - you need to drill a hole to mount the antenna.

The differences between the 5000 and the 1000 are a larger coil (handling even more power) and the mount is fitted with Mini-8 low loss coax rather than the standard (high quality) RG-58.

There are other antennas that will outperform it, but in terms of quality and prestige it is certainly second to none.

With having an elevated loading coil this should outperform the Wilson 1000 and 5000, however you will need a strong mount for it (not suitable for a mag mount).

The base section is solid and so will not have any give in it if you catch the antenna on low trees etc.

We currently have a special offer on the "clear" version @ £79.50.  Limited stock available.

Wilson "Short Load" Whip

Add to cart

If the Wilson 1000 & 5000 are too long for you, then you can replace the standard whip with this shorter centre-loaded version!

This replacement centre-loaded whip is only 95cm long rather than about 160cm for the original one.

Ideal for replacing the whip on your Wilson 1000 or 5000 if you are always hitting it on low bridges or buildings, but please note that this shorter whip may actually be less flexible than the original tapered whip if you are still hitting it.

Note: maximum power is reduced to 300W when using this whip.

This is just a replacement whip NOT a complete antenna.

Spares for Wilson 1000/2000/5000

We stock replacement whips for all the Wilson antenna plus replacement mag mounts for the 1000.

Parts include: whips, grub screws, alan key, mounts etc.
